SBI is pleased to announce four openings to our Executive Board for the Spring 2020 Semester! These four positions will be a part of the Junior Executive Board of SBI. Our goal is that the members selected to be on our Junior Board will learn how to run a Terry Organization under the guidance of the current SBI Leadership Team and become experienced leaders in the field of Business Intelligence. DEADLINE: FEB 28th @ 11:59PM!

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Sophomore or Junior with at least a 3.3 GPA
- Intended or Current Student in the Terry College of Business (any major, preferably MIS)
- 1-2 Page Resume

ALL Position descriptions
Jr. VP of marketing
- Create all marketing communications for events and announcements such as flyers, Facebook event photos, website graphics, and other social media graphics (Instagram, Twitter)
- Manage all social media accounts and post on them periodically, and start marketing an adequate amount of time before events
- Use targeted marketing strategies to spread awareness about events and meetings
- Be able to create eye-catching graphics
- **If applying to this position, you will be required to provide a previous flyer, brochure, graphic, or any other marketing communication you have made in the past to showcase your skills if selected for an in-person interview
Jr. VP of web development
- Must have coding OR website building experience (Wordpress, Weebly, HTML, CSS, etc)
- Maintain website on a regular basis and update the events page before events/meetings
- Monitor the calendar on the website and continue to update it as more events are added, and manage the gallery to add pictures of meetings and events
- Work with the VP of Marketing to add event graphics onto the website
- Update the website format as needed
- If selected for an in-person interview, we will ask you to bring along previous web development work or proof of expertise
Jr. VP of internal affairs
- Work with President to run meeting day operations
- Track event attendance, reserve rooms, and handle other logistic operations
- Give representatives details about what needs to be accomplished at each meeting and how it will align with organization objectives
Jr. VP of external affairs
- Reach out to company representatives and other speakers to come speak at meetings/events
- Be able to interact with company reps in a professional manner via phone, email, and other communication methods
- Work with the President to reach out to companies for the next semester in advance
